Bulky waste collection

If you need to get rid of large items such as furniture or electrical appliances (bulky waste), we can collect them for you.

 

Items we can't collect: Empty oil or gas tanks, builders rubble, Japanese Knotweed, asbestos, chemicals/paints, old storage heaters.

Due to service priorities during Covid-19, we are temporarily unable to provide a quote for any items that are not in our standard list. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this page when we are able to offer this again.
If you or anyone in your household has coronavirus symptoms, you should follow the self-isolation guidelines, please do not request a bulky waste collection.

 

How do I book a collection?

There is a charge for this service. You can pay by debit/credit card.

How much will it cost?

Up to three standard items can be collected for a £30 charge.

We are temporarily unable to provide a quote for any items that are not in our standard list. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will update this page when we are able to offer this again.

Please note a three piece suite is counted as three items (if it consists of a sofa and two chairs). A table and four chairs is counted as five items.

 

Amendments and cancellations

If you want to change or cancel your order you must tell us before 12pm, two working days prior to the planned collection date. It will not be possible to cancel a collection after this time.
